Welcome Note/Introduction to EAD:

Welcome to Elements Academy of Dance!

Our mission is to bring professional level ballet training to the Brazos Valley, providing students with the space and opportunity to grow not only as dancers, but also as individuals.

At EAD, we strive to teach exceptional technical skills alongside confidence, discipline, accountability, persistence, respect for oneself and others, and how to protect one’s physical and mental health. We offer individualized instruction built around a comprehensive plan designed to help each dancer achieve their unique goals.

Artistic Directors John and Aya Reid encourage open and honest communication, which promotes trust, respect, engagement, and growth and reduces anxiety and conflict. Our goal is to create an inclusive studio family and an environment in which every dancer feels like they belong.
